John founded Dormway in 1982 based on a culture of integrity, diligence and safety and underpinned by strong family values. Under John’s direction and leadership, Dormway has built a reputation as the infrastructure and pipeline specialists. As Managing Director, John strives to ensure that all Dormway’s operations and business practices are maintained to a high standard with a diligent focus on safety, environment, quality, timely project delivery, customer relations, risk mitigation and contract management.

With over 20 years of local and international experience managing complex design and construction projects up to $1B across a variety of civil infrastructure and urban development sectors, Sarrah brings her wealth of experience to the projects she works on and is responsible for ensuring best practice project and risk management to Dormway’s proven project delivery systems.    Sarrah is a strong leader who drives excellence and innovation across all business activities and promotes collaboration and a One Team approach both internally and with our clients to deliver mutual success.
